Membership Conditions

1. Eligibility: Members has to be an Executive Assistants or a Personal Assistants.

2. Membership Fee: The annual membership fee is 185 euros, granting access to all events organized by The EA Club. This fee covers administrative expenses.

3. Event Registration: Members must prebook or pay individually on spot for each event they wish to attend.

4. Membership Duration: Membership begins upon payment and lasts for one year, with automatic renewal unless canceled.

5. Cancellation Policy: To terminate membership, members must send an email to eaclubluxembourg@gmail.com at least one month prior to the expiration date to ensure subscription cancellation in due time.

6. Event Variety: The EA Club organizes dinners, lunches, afterworks, and conferences. The event agenda will be available for consultation on our website, which will be finalized soon.

7. Event Seating: Seating for events is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as events are intentionally kept small to foster meaningful interactions among attendees
